Capital Planning
- for cyclical capital programs, which fund building, system and public realm upgrades on our campuses
- for Major Capital Projects, via VIU's Five-Year Capital Plan
Project Planning and Project Management
- for departmentally-initiated capital projects and improvements, such as teaching space or office renovations, refurbishments, workstation and system furniture changes, departmental moves
- for the design and construction of projects identified in Facilities Services and Campus Development's Routine Capital Programs
- for the design and construction of Major Capital Projects
